Those who wear it will receive great graces, especially if they wear it around the neck.” Our Lady was standing on a globe, from her outstretched hands dazzling rays of light radiated. The letter M surmounted by a cross with a bar at its base and below it, the Sacred Heart of Jesus crowned with thorns, and the Immaculate Heart of Mary pierced with a sword was situated on what seemed to be the reverse side of the medal.
